Our highlights at the interpack 2017

At the interpack 2017 trade fair KOCH will be presenting turnkey, individual solutions for filling, packing, palletising and order picking for all sizes of companies and a wide variety of sectors.

Turnkey one-stop-shopping solutions
With a keen eye for the whole picture, KOCH will be happy to give you every advice and support as the general contractor in planning and implementing individual, complete turnkey systems ranging from filling or primary packaging to palletising and ending with pallets all ready for dispatch.

One of the leading German producers of coffee specialities also has every confidence in KOCH installing two complete, modular, central palletising systems with over 25 robot palletising cells. The interface set up to the customer’s ERP system is a major step towards Industry 4.0, enabling the customer to continually control and track jobs.

Patented safety design for non-stop palletising and minimal space requirements
One of the exhibits KOCH will be showing at the interpack 2017 is their PalletSystem 1250.
Just one robot can pick and place all sorts of container types, sizes and weights on two palletising stations. What really puts the system in a class of its own: thanks to the patented safety design, the robot happily continues palletising without stopping even when pallets are changed. Like every KOCH robot system, this solution guarantees maximum system availabilities and optimum flexibility in adapting to any new applications in the future and the consequent requirements – tangible benefits which ensure planning reliability and thus peace of mind.

Layer configuration management with consummate ease
KOCH EasyPallet will help you to manage simple and swift stacking patterns. This includes determining the optimum number and arrangement of the boxes and trays on the pallet, creating palletising patterns on your own PC and then simply sending the information to the palletising robot.
